Here's what some of our past traveller's have to say about their holiday with us:

Dear Ryan
Just to let you know I really enjoyed the Fine China tour. I'd never done a tour before so came without preconceptions.
The itinerary was very well-thought out and with about the right amount of free time, especially on the first day. The guides were all great, ditto drivers, hotels very good too. I also liked being with a small group (11) from different countries, which gave it less of a package tour feel & more like-minded travellers. Also appreciated your efficiency before the trip, everything was very well organised.
The only downside was the massive number of other tourists everywhere we went, partly because the first Wednesday was Tomb Sweeping Festival, which meant a 5-day holiday starting at the weekend. So it was a real Chinese holiday experience!
Felt like royalty when only 2 of us headed south to Guilin & Yangshuo - both brilliant, anyone who has time & funds should go there. We left for Guilin in the morning of day 10 so had time to explore there too - a good idea as it's a nice town and well worth a visit in its own right. All the guide's suggestions were great so saw loads over and above the tour itinerary, like the brilliant Impressions show directed by film director Jiang Yi Mou (of Olympic fireworks display fame), caves with back lit stalagmites & stalactites (Yangshuo), tea plantation visit with tea processing demo, cable car ride up the mountain, which turned out to be a chair lift (not for the nervous, we were terrified going up, not so bad coming down), Guilin river & lakes cruise... Also spent a pleasant evening exploring Guilin's Sun and Moon pagodas & listening to music drift over the lake from the cafe opposite...
Also loved Shanghai, would recommend booking the latest flight available on the final day, or doing what I did and staying an extra night. I'm not that devoted to museums, but Shanghai museum was fantastic. Then there's the old town and market, Yuyuan gardens, Pudong financial district (spectacular modern architecture), the 3 hour river cruise (leaves 2pm) to the mouth of the Yangtse...
I will definitely be recommending otg to others
Thanks for everything

Fine China - 13 days |
Hi Tomika,
Safely home after a really great trip. Great travelling companions, although our guide Feng had the odd problem or two. I raelly must commend her, she was concerned about each and every one of us and went out of her way to ensure that we were safe and happy, even as we stood waiting for our departure aircraft. A truely wonderful and thoughtful guide.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this trip to my friends.

A Chinese New Year - 11 days |
China was amazing and I really appreciated the industry discounts you passed through :)
Our tour guides were great and the hotels were as to be expected - clean and modest.
Throughout the tour we learnt a lot about the old history of China which was fantastic but we had already visited traditional gardens and temples.
I stayed on with Shanghai for a further two days after the tour and discovered the amazing and beautiful area of the French concession with, Fuxing Park, Sun Yat Sen's house and the Museum of the First National Congress of the Chinese communist party, all of which was free to enter apart from Sun Yat Sen's house, and gave great insight to China's modern history.
Thanks again!

Great Wall & Warriors Eclipse - 10 days |
We had a wonderful trip to China with “on the go” for the second year in a row! (Egypt in 2010).
The Tour Guide Lee was fantastic and all the local guides were really friendly and helpful.
Many thanks to all at “on the go”!
Best Wishes

Hutongs to Hong Kong - 13 days |
Fantastic, the Manderin Sunrise tour is a tour we'll never forget and for all the right reasons. We saw all the amazing sights listed and more, our guides were made for the job and helped us out anytime we needed as well as being very knowledgeable and professional. There is so much we could talk about the trip but the Longman caves and carvings are one of the less known wonders that we were amazed at. When you start running out of memory cards for your camera, you know you've had the trip of a lifetime!

Ruth and I had a fantastic holiday in China and I can't say enough about On the Go - perfect organisation and just the right amount of free time. Each of our four guides were really lovely - we were so well treated and the hotels great. I shall definitely use you again (when I save up!) and wouldn't hesitate to reccommend you to friends.
Thanks again

I would just like to say thank you for organising our trip to China, it was absolutely amazing! There were many highlights such as, The great Wall, Terracotta Warriors museum, the two hour cruise along the river Li in Guilin, there were other activities such as going to a tea house and seeing a traditional living establishment in Beijing, watching various shows in the evening in different provinces which made the trip more enjoyable. Guilin is absolutely beautiful and finishing off in Hong Kong was perfect as it's also a picturesque city with a lovely beach which we ended up going on our last day to relax. The tour guides were friendly and approachable, they were very knowledgeable and offered great advice when necessary, I particularly enjoyed the historical information that they provided, food was delicious and the hotels were great. It was an unforgettable experience. I would definitely use on On The Go Tours in the future, so thanks again!

Hi Janet,
Just wanted to let you know we are back from our China trip and had a wonderful time, On the Go were superb! It all started with your help, you were quick to help and offer information to ourselves, for which I thank you. This was the start of the good customer service we received from booking to the end of our holiday. We will certainly book with On the Go again.
