This is a question that often comes up so I'm going to give it to you straight, worts and all! It's true the felucca doesn't have loos or showers but you have the biggest bath surrounding you, better known as the Nile. And for 3 peaceful days you just float along the Nile playing cards, sipping beer, dipping in the Nile, reading and eating fantastic food all skillfully prepared by your lovely gentle Nubian crew. At night you sit around a fire on the banks of the Nile and chat the night away, dance and bond with your fellow passengers. In my opinion it's one of the highlights of any trip to Egypt - after all, you can be on a cruise ship anywhere in the world but you can only be on a felucca in Egypt. Happy sailing ... no comments
