Are arrival and departure transfers included?

If arriving on DAY ONE of our group tours or short stays, into either Istanbul's Ataturk International Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, we will provide you with a complimentary arrival transfer to your hotel.

If arriving prior to 09.00hrs on day one (essentially on a flight that arrives in the early hours of the morning)a complimentary transfer will still be offered although it is prudent to consider pre-purchasing an additional nights accommodation to ensure you have a room to retire to as soon as you arrive. Standard check in time is 14.00hrs.

I'm travelling alone, can I share a room with someone?

If you’re travelling alone and would like to share a room with a fellow traveller of the same sex, on the go can arrange this for you on any of our group tours. There is no compulsary single supplement. However if you would like a single room throughout the tour, a single supplement option is available.

Please note that on our short stays, bolt ons and for all pre and/or post tour accommodation you will need to pay the single room rate.

How many travellers will be on my tour

Typically between 14 - 22 travellers, sometimes less and sometimes more. Some of our tours run together so in the beginning your tour group might be larger but after day 7 it may become smaller in size.

What type of people will be on my tour?

A typical group will have international mix of travellers. Our passengers come from all walks of life and from all over the English speaking world. Our group tours suit the spirited traveller, so you're likely to have plenty in common with other members of the group before you even meet. We attract many solo travellers, some couples and from time to time and groups of friends. We do not have any age restrictions on our tours, though most of our travellers are aged mid twenties upwards. We also have special group tours designed exclusively for families.

Can children travel on your Turkey tours?

On our group tours, we welcome young adults 15 years or older, accompanied by a parent/guardian if under the age of 18.

Our family friendly Turkish Delight and Flying Carpet Crystal Coast tours cater for parents with children aged between 5 - 15 yrs. We also welcome children on our City of Sultan's short stay and all tailor-made holiday arrangements.

How far in advance should I book my tour?

If planning to travel during the European summer months of June through to August or if your plans coincide with Christmas, Easter, Bank Holiday weekends or school holidays we recommend booking as early as possible. Our departures during these times prove to be very popular.

Are triple rooms available on Turkey tours?
