Up anchor at Marmaris on Turkey's spectacular Mediterranean coast for a memorable 7 night gulet cruise, dropping anchor at small islands, inlets and bays for sunning, swimming and relaxation.

Day 1: Marmaris
Welcome to Marmaris! Boarding of your gulet begins at 3:30 pm from the port and the night is spent in Marmaris harbour. Overnight - Gulet Boat (D)
Day 2: Free Day
On the morning of day 2 a short welcome meeting takes place with the remainder of the day at leisure, allowing for exploration. Visit Marmaris Castle dating from 1577 or join an optional boat trip along the Dalyan river to Turtle Beach, passing Lycian rock tombs on the way to the sulphurous mud baths and hot springs. Day 3: Tersane Island
Setting sail early this morning we make our way to the famous Fethiye Gulf. Anchoring at Adali Bay for breakfast and a swim before continuing to Manastir Bay (Monastery Bay), also known as Cleopatra Bay due to the underwater ruins of an ancient Roman bath. Tonight we anchor at Tersane Island for dinner and overnight. This naturally protected harbour was used as a shipyard in Byzantine and Ottoman times. Overnight - Gulet Boat (B, L, D)

After breakfast today cruise to Kizil Island for lunch and a swim before continuing to Fethiye Harbour where we will arrive approximately 16:00 p.m. Fethiye, was the most important city situated on Lycia's western border with Caria. It is believed the city's name comes from Apollon's son Telmessos. The city was famous for its prophets and stretches along the bay protected by 12 Islands. While in Fethiye opt for a day trip to Oludeniz and its famed blue lagoon or tube the icy stream of Saklikent Gorge. On day 5 we cruise to Oludeniz to anchor for lunch and a swim. Later we continue to Gemiler Island home to the Church of St. Nicholas situated on a hill overlooking the bay, its remains dating back to Byzantine times and well worth the walk to see it. Day 6: Domuz Island
Cruising back towards Marmaris we discover the beautiful Yassica Islands, Bedri Rahmi Bay and anchor off Domuz Island at Aga Limani Bay. Many swim stops are offered along the way at secluded beaches and sheltered bays before we anchor for the night. Overnight - Gulet Boat (B, L, D)
Day 7: Back to Marmaris
On day 7 we sail past Kadirga Bay to Turunc Bay and stop at Cennet Island for swimming. Arriving into Marmaris early evening gives opportunity to experience the city’s great nightlife. Overnight - Gulet Boat (B, L, D)
Day 8: Marmaris
After breakfast, we disembark. (B, L, D)

Points to Note:

The cruise departs three times a week during the summer season, contact us for further details. Craft size is dependant upon the number of travellers sailing on a particular week. Your cruising group may consist a mix of on the go passengers or passengers from other travel operators. This is an unguided cruise and may have non english speaking passengers on board.

Beverages - drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) are available at additional cost from the gulet’s bar. Please refrain from bringing your own alcohol on board.
